In order to play the SHN file, you will need some sort of special software. If you don't have any, here is a quick an easy fix for Winamp - http://www.etree.org/shnamp.html . If you have any problems, there are some faqs, etc, at that site.
Also, if you'd like to convert this SHN to a WAV file, download foobar2000 at http://www.foobar2000.org . It's also very easy to setup and use.

I guess just try cycling through the 3 of the links. The original two I posted are working for me (as of right now) -- I'm gonna have to contact the company and see what's up.
